Discuss the Business Communication for Transformation.

Answer:

Introduction

Today, environmental sustainability is one of the most important concerns.

The specific literature review is primarily focused on the concept of sustainability and the required steps to achieve sustainable growth.

Environmental degradation refers to a complex process that includes alteration, transformation, and loss of material from any environmental element (Jacques 2015).

This review will discuss some journal articles as well as newspaper articles that are related to the topic.

The literature review will be focused on the root causes and impacts of environmental degradation and sustainability.

If a country puts economic growth above all else, the results can be disastrous for the health of the population, as well as environmental degradation and global warming.

The main objective of the literature search is to determine the measures required to ensure a balanced growth of economic and environmental sustainability.

In addition, we will discuss two of the most effective approaches to sustainable living.

Too many factors can lead to imbalances, including environmental changes (Menon (2014).

The factors are: population growth, economic expansion, intensification and industrialization, and a growing energy and transportation usage.

A literature review will also highlight research gaps.

Making the right connections between economy and society can help achieve environmental sustainability.

Environmental sustainability

It is the rate of pollution creation, harvesting renewable resources and depletion or non-renewable resource depletion that can be sustained indefinitely.

Sustainable development refers to economic growth. Environmental sustainability is a key concept.

Tom Quinn reported that demand for sustainable goods, services, and goods is growing in Australia.

Quinn, 2015. The writer also pointed out that Australia is in a unique position to diversify its exports as well as decrease its dependence upon volatile mining and the commodities sector.

The writer concluded that some corporate social responsibilities like reducing the use fossil fuels, i.e.

Reduce the amount of greenhouse gases in our atmosphere, and encourage international collaboration to help reduce them.

Green marketing refers to marketing products that are considered to be environmentally better than all other elements in an ecosystem.

Tom Quinn suggests that green marketing is another important element.

According to Quinn (2015), green marketing includes a variety of activities that include changes in the production process, product modifications, modification of advertisements, and sustainable packaging.

Two Important Aspects of Sustainable Living

John Morelli, an author in the journal Environmental Sustainability, outlines two main aspects of sustainable living.

preservation of biodiversity and increased use of regenerative capacities.

After reading through the journal carefully, it is possible to discuss the author’s point of view.

According to the author, biodiversity refers the diversity and variety of all living organisms. This includes terrestrial and marine species as well as the complexes that they make up (Morelli (2011)).

The definition also covers diversity found within and between species and ecological systems.

This is how biodiversity is defined for all living things.

Biodiversity can be defined as the difference in life forms within an ecosystem or biome, or throughout the Earth.

John Morelli also said that the present biological diversity of earth is the result of approximately 3.5 billion years’ worth of evolution by many millions, and contains distinct species.

The author concludes that drastic measures must be taken in order to preserve biodiversity.

These measures include the prevention of deforestation and environmental depletion, as well as the reduction of water pollution and air pollution by reducing the emission greenhouse gases, and proper maintenance and conservation of biodiversity (Robertson 2017, 2017).

According to research by the author, one important aspect of sustainable life is the increase in the use and efficiency of the regenerative capacity.

According to the author, renewable resources can be used to produce useful products in a specified time frame that is relevant to mankind.

Clean water, soil and air.

The author stated that resources could be endlessly available and possibly renewable, provided they have the ability to regenerate (Borole 2015).

However, humans and nature should not spoil the resources.

According to the author, once resources have been degraded beyond dangerous levels, the renewable resource might not emerge.

John Morelli outlined some important steps to encourage use of regenerative resources (Morelli 2011).

These steps include limiting the amount of resources that can be harvested from natural systems.

It is also possible to conserve resources by creating products that can be reused and recycled in nature.

However, it is possible to create and implement transportation guidelines that favor low-impact modes of transportation (Landrum 2017).

Simultaneously, these steps include innovative approaches in product management and product design decisions, with the need to consider the major environmental consequences of the product throughout its entire life cycle (Carmona (2009)).

Technology and its role

Technology is a key element in solving environmental problems across the globe.

Sharon Beder has explained the need to use technology in this setting in an article entitled “The Role of Technology in Sustainable Development”.

The author believes that the reason could be the general inability of governments to accept suggestions for social and political change.

The changes needed to lower the growth of both consumption and production would require significant change (Blohmke (2014)

Technology is an inseparable element. Technology cannot create its own environment.

Technology can’t control the effects it has.

Sharon Beder’s findings show that society has changed through the use of technology.

Technology’s development has an impact on the society and all biological elements.

Technology development requires timely and correct decision-making.

Beder also analyzed the key factors that contribute to sustainability.

Technology has evolved because of the interaction of these factors.

These factors include changes in the self-image and motivation of the business, scientific discoveries and changes in the needs and demands of the consumers (Blohmke (2014)).

These factors also include emerging paradigms and government regulations, as well as movement of global citizens and bringing about changes in dominant values.

The author proposes some ways to improve the management of health care so that it can be more integrated and focused on the overall well-being of the whole system.

Beder has highlighted some major changes that must occur through research, development, and evaluation.

The international standards control was responsible for generic manipulation of animals and plants.

Carroll, 2017, states that international standards should be used to monitor and control the development and research of satellites and bio-information technologies.

A responsible decision-making process regarding the development of technologies is essential to ensure that technology contributes the most to a sustainable world.

Research Gap

After preparing and reviewing the literature review, we identified some research gaps and future possibilities.

The next step is related to policies other than climate that impact greenhouse gas emission. This includes finance, trade, urban, rural, and energy development. Water, agriculture, transport, insurance, forestry, and health are all examples.

Further research in this field will require accessing and utilising local knowledge.

Additional research and review in this area will assist in illustrating how sustainable development can be linked to climate relief in developed, transition, and developing countries (Morse, McNamara 2013, 2013).

Modifying policies that are specific to the environment will be a major challenge.

When research is incorporated into local and national realities, it will be of great value.

Future research in sustainable developments will continue to recognize the path through which the implications of climate change mitigation can been identified.

In the future, it is important to consider multiple dimensions, scales, and actors when reviewing the topic (Narayanan 2016).

The industrialized countries should make their future decisions carefully based on the assumption of their choice and development in order to promote sustainable development of the environment.

Conclusion

Following the literature review, it was identified that the focus study was proper maintenance and promotion of sustainable growth.

To meet future and current generations’ needs, it is not necessary to compromise the health and well-being of the ecosystem.

Sustainability is at various levels: local, regional, global.

It is possible that what is sustainable at the national level might not be sustainable at the regional level.

The causality between the economic, social, and environmental dimensions can be used to ensure sustainable growth and environmental sustainability.

It is a principle that is relevant and can be applied to any system.

The large principle of sustainability is a complex aspect that encompasses many areas and the framework of the entire biological ecosystem.
